The room had a nice layout with plenty of space, and the full-size refrigerator really came in handy. The Wi-Fi worked great, which I appreciated for staying connected. The staff were friendly, particularly the security personnel who were cute. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I found the blankets and pillows dirty, and the restroom could have used a thorough clean. The shower had low water pressure. One day, my car got blocked in the parking lot, frustrating. The entrance felt cramped, especially when a lot of people were coming and going. Despite a good location with great restaurants nearby, the negatives were tough to overlook.

Room cleaning just once a week? Not acceptable!!! Developers clearly didn't prioritize a spacious entrance-cramped and crowded!!! Water pressure in the shower disappointing, and if your key deactivates frequently, prepare for stress.

Rooms are new and clean. The staff is friendly. Amenities like the gym and pool need improvement, and parking can be tricky. A little more attention to cleaning the shower would be appreciated.

It was just a suitable option for a brief hiatus in Tijuana with good value for money. The room was big and modern, a nice surprise. If you need anything, don't rely too much on the staff for assistance.
